Jornadas del Cómic de Avilés

For five days, Avilés becomes a meeting point for comic fans with the 31st edition of these gatherings, organised by the local council at the Casa de Cultura. The line-up brings together 27 authors from nine countries, including Bartolomé Seguí, Scott Kolins, Rob Williams, Paulina Spucches and Javier Rodríguez, part of the current creative team behind Batman alongside Deniz Camp.

The programme combines panel talks, round tables on the shift from comic magazines to graphic novels, new album presentations, author signings and a guided tour of the exhibition — a fixture that cements Avilés as one of Spain's leading comic events.
