2. What data we process and why

Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message, solely to handle and reply to your enquiry.

Agenda email alerts: if you subscribe, we process your email address, language and the categories you choose, solely to send you the agenda digest. The subscription is confirmed by double opt-in (we keep the sign-up date and IP as proof of consent) and you can unsubscribe in one click from any email.

Browsing data: if you consent, we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to obtain aggregated usage statistics and improve the site. See the details in our Cookie policy.

3. Legal basis

Processing of the contact form data is based on your consent when you submit it (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). The use of analytics cookies is likewise based on your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for any legally required periods. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics configuration. You can request its deletion at any time.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. To run the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Germany), Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN and security) and Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) (email alerts delivery, France). Some may involve international data transfers, covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
