Guided tours of "Convivium. Archaeology of the Mediterranean Diet", at the Palacio de Revillagigedo (Fundación Cajastur), free entry until full, Saturdays at 18:00 and Sundays at 12:30. The tour explores the starter, the menu, shopping and the pantry, the kitchen, the table and after-dinner conversation as parts of this UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, taking its name from the Roman convivium, the gathering of friends around a table that Cicero already wrote about.
