The Sala Polivalente at the Casa de Cultura in Santuyanu, Las Regueras, hosts a bread-and-cider showcooking session as part of the project Pan y Sidra: Tradición y Circularidad en Asturias. It's an awareness-raising activity that explores Asturian circular culture through bread and cider, ending with a live demonstration and tasting of pastries made from leftover bread, cider, magaya and locally produced ingredients. A hands-on way of showing that tradition and innovation can build a more sustainable future together.
