Journalists Enric Juliana and Esteban Hernández present 'Viaje a un nuevo mundo' (Journey to a New World, Editorial Arpa) in Mieres, a dialogued essay on the end of certainties, the shift in elites and the dilemmas of power in the 21st century.
The book tackles central questions of today's debate — the return of empires, the crisis of the European project, the rise of authoritarian leadership, the transformation of the United States and Spain's place in the new global landscape — combining journalistic experience, historical knowledge and interpretive depth, going beyond the usual diagnosis.
The presentation, organised by the Asociación Amigos de Mieres, takes place on Wednesday 23 September at 7:30pm at the Auditoriu Teodoro Cuesta, with free entry until full.
