The 2026 Princess of Asturias Awards bring three key dates to Oviedo and Llanes. On Thursday 22 October, the Auditorio Príncipe Felipe hosts the traditional concert that precedes the awards ceremony. On Friday 23, at 6:30 PM, the Teatro Campoamor holds the awards ceremony itself, the week's central event and the one with the greatest international reach. And on Saturday 24, the King and Queen travel to Llanes to present the 2026 Exemplary Town of Asturias award to the Cofradía de Pescadores Santa Ana. Three days that place Asturias at the centre of cultural attention, with the programme unfolding around the Teatro Campoamor and, on that last day, in the fishing town of Llanes.
