Presentación de «Mil Venecies»
📍 Centro de Cultura Antiguo Instituto · View on map
"Mil Venecies" by Guti del Río and Álex Castrillo is the winner of the Alfonso Iglesias comic prize. It tells the story of a woman like so many others, so unique that she deserves to be told: it begins in darkness but opens up like daylight, and at first belongs to her but in the end to many.
A person can never be fully told: narrative, photographs and the memories of those who knew her are blurred, incomplete pieces of a puzzle. At the presentation on 20 October at 19:30 at the Antiguo Instituto Culture Centre, the authors introduce the work.
