A mural reads differently once someone explains how it was made. This walking route organised by the Parees festival visits several interventions around the city to bring the public closer to the people who paint them: techniques, decisions taken on the wall and the stories you cannot see in the finished piece.
The walk sets off at 11:30 from Calle Huertas 24 and is led by Raposu Roxu and Yetooponese, two of the collectives that regularly work with the festival. It is open to all ages, with thirty places available.
Registration is handled by the Fundación Municipal de Cultura and opens a week before the activity, so it is worth keeping an eye on the festival calendar.
