La nao santa maría recala en Avilés

The replica of the historic ship Nao Santa María docks in the port of Avilés, next to the Centro Niemeyer, from 2 to 12 October. Turned into a floating museum with three decks open to visitors, it offers a glimpse of what life on board was like during the age of the great voyages and the discovery of America.
The ship arrives in Avilés as its first Spanish port after completing a tour of more than 30 harbours in the UK and Ireland, organised by the Fundación Nao Victoria. It can be visited without interruption from 10 AM to 8 PM throughout the ten days it stays.
General admission for adults costs €10, with a discount for those who buy in advance at ticket.velacuadra.es until 1 October.
