Asturias Toastmasters Club invites us to 'Habla con confianza y transforma tu comunicación' ('Speak with confidence and transform your communication'), a session designed to help us overcome the fear of public speaking in a safe, relaxed environment. The meeting, held in Spanish, follows the Toastmasters method: a guided process for building speeches, developing leadership skills and practising improvisation, always with the support and feedback of fellow members. The club runs fortnightly sessions that alternate between Spanish and English, making it a good way to practise languages too. Attending as a guest is completely free and comes with no commitment, whether we're beginners or already experienced public speakers.
