The ninth edition of the performing arts festival «Rincones y Recovecos», staged in unusual spaces, comes to Gijón from 17 to 19 September 2026, with 23 shows spanning theatre, music, dance, puppetry, object theatre and circus across Laboral Ciudad de la Cultura and the city centre. It opens on Thursday at 7 PM with the free show «Uco. Un paisano diferente» at the Museo de la Ciudadela Celestino Solar, and includes a strong lineup of family-friendly shows plus a free traditional games installation on Friday and Saturday. The festival once again partners with «Escenario Insólito» from La Rioja, letting the audience vote for their favourite piece, and closes on Saturday night with «Kanpai». Tickets range from 4 to 15 euros depending on the show.
