Arcu de Cine Xixón 2026 - Arcu de ficción 1

Arcu de ficción 1 brings together five recent short films from the Atlantic film scene as part of the III Arcu de Cine Xixón. The session opens with Gilbert Alex, by Salu, Arturo Lacal and Jordi Jiménez, winner of the Goya for best animated short; followed by Cara de Cona, a Galician black comedy with ten nominations at the Fugaz Awards; María Rita, about a custody battle in a Galician coastal town; El adiós, by young Cantabrian filmmaker Lucía Sánchez; and the documentary Voces fantasma, on depression. The screening, at the Escuela de Comercio, is free until the hall is full.
