Exposiciones Naturalezas Vivas y Bienal de Arquitectura (BEAU)
📍 Cúpula del Centro Niemeyer · View on map
This summer the dome of the Centro Niemeyer hosts a double proposal that works well read together: «Naturalezas Vivas», curated by María Toral, and the Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism, which brings together the most notable recent architecture built in Spain.
The pairing is a happy one, because the building itself is part of the argument: looking at how we build today, with which materials and for whom, from inside one of the most recognisable pieces of architecture in Asturias. It rewards an unhurried visit and a habit of looking up.
It can be seen until 27 September, every day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is 5 € (4 € reduced), and there is one detail worth knowing: the last opening hour of the evening is free, picking up your ticket at the reception desk.
