Screen printing and stencilling get along well: one lets you repeat, the other lets you cut out and layer. This Parees festival workshop combines them so that everyone leaves with prints of their own, made and decided by themselves.
It is two hours of hands-on work led by Espacio Garabatu, with twenty places for participants aged ten and over. The point is not only to learn the technique but to swap ideas with the rest of the group: much of the session is about seeing what the person next to you is doing and trying it out.
The exact venue is still to be confirmed on the festival website, where the side activities of this edition are announced. Places are limited, so signing up early is a good idea.
