Danza, dignidad y encuentro: gira de danza camboyana

Thirty-three young Cambodians, four of them wheelchair users, arrive in Asturias with the tour 'Danza, Dignidad y Encuentro' (Dance, Dignity and Encounter) to share their culture, music and traditional dances. The visit, organised by the NGO Sauce to mark its 25th anniversary, comes to Oviedo after a stop in Gijón.

Sauce has worked in Cambodia since 2001 and has put more than €14 million into social projects there; in 2025 alone it ran 28 initiatives reaching 28,500 people. Proceeds from the tour go towards expanding access to baclofen treatment for people with disabilities and mobility problems.
