Akira Yoshida, a dancer and creator trained at SEAD who blends breaking, contemporary dance and theatre, leads the workshop Cuerpo en paradoja at the Centro de Cultura Antiguo Instituto. The session is built on physical principles such as tension, release and weight transfer in relation to gravity, exploring movement possibilities between abstract dance and physical theatre.
Aimed at professional dancers, dance students or people with intermediate to advanced level in any movement discipline, wearing comfortable clothes and socks or bare feet. Price: €9 from age 16, €5 for ages 12-15. Limited spots, prior registration required.
