The Atlantic Botanical Garden's book club brings together two things: reading and looking at plants. This session works on «El río», by Ana María Matute, in the edition illustrated by Raquel Marín, so bring the book with you and already read, since the group works on it during the meeting.
What sets this club apart is that the conversation does not stay among readers: over the year there is direct contact with the authors of the chosen books, so you can ask whatever the reading stirred up. Once a month the session also includes a guided tour of the Botanical Garden.
It is open to ages 16 and up, with twenty places and a price of 10 €. Advance booking is required.
