Paddling down the Sella is one of the most fun plans in Asturias. You follow the route of the legendary International Descent: 14 to 20 km from Arriondas, with riverside snack stops along the way.
No experience needed and you rent everything there (canoe, paddle, vest and return transport). Best in a group and on a sunny day.

Did you know?
- It follows the route of the International Sella Descent, a canoeing race declared of International Tourist Interest.
- The big festive Descent takes place every August and fills the river with thousands of paddlers.
- The run starts in Arriondas and ends in Ribadesella, some 15-20 km downstream.
