Cangas de Onís, at the gateway to the Picos de Europa, is packed with dozens of adventure companies.
The area offers everything: rafting, canyoning, caving, horse riding or quad trips.
In summer it's best to book ahead: spots fill up fast.

Lessons right on the city beach. If you already surf, the big waves are at Xago and Frexulfe.

River · Arriondas–Ribadesella

Paddle the legendary route: 14–20 km with riverside snack stops along the way. Better in a group, and you rent everything there.
