The Villa de Xixón International Bagpipe Band Festival continues into its second day, with activities spread between the Jardines del Náutico and Plaza Mayor. Bagpipe bands from across Asturias and abroad share the stage for a day of traditional music, street parades and festive atmosphere, setting the stage for the festival's main events, one of the leading celtic-music dates in Gijón.
