Taller familiar: rosas comestibles

📍 Gijón · View on map

The family version of the rose workshop at the Atlantic Botanical Garden: here roses are explored by smell, by sight and above all by taste. Together we will make rose jam and a lemonade from the petals, two recipes that are easy to repeat at home.

It is led by Germán Montoya, co-founder of La Flor del Agua, an organic farm and rose garden in the Trubia valleys specialising in edible and aromatic roses, with years of work on varieties suited to the Asturian climate.

It is designed for children aged 8 and up, with a maximum of two accompanying adults per child. There are twenty places in total and it costs 6 € (5.10 € for children who are Club Miruéndanos members), with advance booking.
