Taller familiar: ilustración botánica, el lenguaje floral a través de las manchas
📍 Gijón · View on map
A few patches of colour are enough to build any flower. That is the idea behind this family workshop at the Atlantic Botanical Garden: understanding how a flower is put together and capturing its essence without drawing line by line, in a freer, more expressive way of painting than we usually allow ourselves.
No previous experience is needed. During the session the group shares tricks and techniques so you enjoy the process from the start, and everyone gets an illustrated manual made for the course, simple and visual, with the basic strokes for a wide range of flowers. You go home with several botanical illustrations of your own.
It is led by Gea Espacio Creativo, the project of Inés Álvarez Guibert. For ages 9 and up with a maximum of two adults per child, twelve places, 6 € (5.10 € for children who are Club Miruéndanos members), booking required.
