We're wrapping up September with a tasty appointment at the masymas store in Lugones: a burger-making workshop led by the team from TC28, one of Asturias' go-to burger joints, based in Mieres. They'll share their tricks for getting proper burger-shop flavour at home, from picking the right meat and bun to nailing the sauces and toppings that make the difference.
