Socialicidio: el suicidio en las cuencas mineras asturianas

LABoral Centro de Arte is screening 'Socialicidio', a documentary by Daniel Lovi that looks closely at suicide in the Asturian mining valleys through the testimony of four survivors and several expert voices. The screening is complemented by the photographic series 'La Muerte Silenciada' ('The Silenced Death'), and seeks to understand why this reality has persisted unchanged for decades and what it would take to reverse it. Afterwards, the director will talk with writer and psychoanalyst Alicia Valdés. Admission is free.
