From 5 to 12 November, the Atlantic Botanical Garden's Science Week explores "botanical psychedelia": how plants and fungi that alter perception have shaped medicine, ritual and art, and are now back in scientific focus. There is an exhibition, guided tours, a talk, a BotanicYoga workshop and a family workshop for ages 6 and up. All free, with limited places and phone registration on 985 185 130; the garden is closed on Monday 9.
