The Paseo Gastro tapas trail is back as part of Gijón's summer festival buzz. Now in its third edition, running from 5 to 16 August, around twenty stalls are split between Paseo de Begoña, with fourteen of them, and the Jardines de la Reina gardens by the marina's "letronas" sign, with six more. Each stand — now open to hospitality businesses from across Asturias, not just Gijón — serves four tapas, alongside a selection of eleven wines and more than a dozen beers. High tables with no seating encourage visitors to move from stall to stall and try several dishes in one evening.
