Gijón de sidras 2026

From 8 to 18 October the 17th edition of Gijón de Sidras takes over the city, with bars and cider houses serving a cider from the cider mill they host together with a cazuelina, a small signature dish, at a very attractive price. The sidromapa, available in the venues, suggests routes through the participating places and the type of cider each one serves, plus a map of the producing cider mills. It is the first edition since cider culture became a UNESCO World Heritage item: time to pour.
