Taller de Ikebana en Japan Concept Store

Japan Concept Store, right in the centre of Gijón, is running an ikebana workshop, the traditional Japanese art of flower arranging, open to anyone keen to try it, no previous experience needed. The session covers the basics of balance, harmony and meaning in floral composition, and each participant takes their own creation home.
The workshop takes place on Saturday 22 August at 11:00 at the shop on Calle Instituto, 23. It costs 65 euros, materials included. Spaces are very limited, so booking ahead is recommended.
