This workshop at Terna (Oviedo) is a chance to pause and take a calm look at the role screens play in family life, without guilt or magic formulas. Led by Beatriz García, it looks at how screens affect brain development in childhood and which small changes can support healthier habits.
Before we can help our children build a healthy relationship with screens, the idea is to first look at our own: it's a space to understand, share and take away practical ideas you can adapt to your own family.
The session runs on Saturday 29 August from 10:30 to 12:30, with paid tickets and limited capacity, at Terna (Calle Asturcón 4, Oviedo).
