Caso, the birthplace of Quesu Casín D.O.P., holds its annual event dedicated to this soft, intensely flavoured cheese, one of the oldest in Spain. The day features a cooking contest open to both professionals and amateurs, where every dish or dessert must include Quesu Casín as a compulsory ingredient, plus tastings and an awards ceremony.

Entries for the cooking contest are taken at Caso's Town Hall up to the day of the event itself; attending as a visitor for the tasting and show is free.
