Verdicio is one of the prettiest beaches around Gijón, already in the municipality of Gozón, about 25 minutes by car on the way to Cape Peñas. It stands out for its wide dunes, golden sand and a semi-wild feel.
In summer it has facilities and a beach bar, Las Dunas, famous for its sunsets. A great option to pair beach time with a drive along the Cabo Peñas coast.
