The Tiovivo de Noldi carousel sets up at Paseo del Angelín from 12 to 19 September, from 4:30pm to 8pm, part of the free children's programme of Oviedo's San Mateo festival 2026, run by Oviedo City Council. A classic attraction for the youngest, right at the heart of Oviedo's festival.
