The Municipal Foundation for Social Services is launching a new edition of the Theatre School for children and teenagers aged 6 to 18, at the Centro Municipal Integrado El Llano. It's a space to experience theatre as both leisure and learning, guided by trained performing arts professionals.
Alongside theatre practice, sessions cover health-promotion topics such as healthy screen use, smoke-free spaces, bullying, and children's and teenagers' mental health, using theatre as a preventive tool. The activity runs in three age groups: Primary school on Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:30 pm, Secondary school on Fridays from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, and the older teens' group on Fridays from 6:30 to 9:00 pm.
The free course runs from 8 October 2026 to 25 June 2027 at the Ludoteca in Centro Municipal Integrado El Llano. Sign-ups are open from 16 September to 8 March, by writing to [email protected]; anyone who doesn't get a place will be added to a waiting list.
