A collage workshop designed for new mothers and fathers, created by Beatriz García with psychologist Carolina Díaz (Nudo Bienestar). Between nappies, feeds and sleepless nights, the idea is to pause, breathe and make something with your hands: mixing photos, cut-outs and creativity to make a one-of-a-kind postcard, sealed with hot wax as a symbolic gesture of closing one chapter and welcoming the next.

No talks, no fuss — just some time to get to know yourself a bit better and share the experience with others going through the same stage, with no judgement, and the option to bring your baby along. It takes place on Saturday 5 September from 10:30am to 12:30pm at Terna (Oviedo), priced at €39.90.
