As part of the European Mobility Week, Mieres is running a road safety circuit in the yard of the Liceo-Aniceto Sela school, aimed at children aged 6 to 16 who can bring their own bike or scooter. The activity aims to encourage more sustainable transport habits from an early age, part of a campaign themed this year "Mobility for all people", raising awareness of the benefits of public transport, cycling and walking over excessive car use. Admission is free and no prior sign-up is needed, just come along with the right gear.
