AFESA Caudal's delegation in Mieres opens its new awareness cycle '¡Qué locura de martes!' with this talk, a programme that over five consecutive Tuesdays and one Friday will move through different venues across the town to raise awareness of mental health issues. The opening session, at the assembly hall of the Teodoro Cuesta cultural centre, looks at the difference between emotional distress caused by life or work circumstances and an actual clinical diagnosis, with input from council representatives, Mental Health Centre professionals and association members. Free entry until the venue is full.
