Escena Miriñaque presents «En la casita de Klimt» at the Teatro de la Laboral, a dance-theatre piece about the passage of time and imagination that never fades. In a room inspired by the world of painter Gustav Klimt, a woman sorts through the memories of her past while her younger self, curious, mischievous and playful, appears to keep her company.
Through movement, music and humour, the two meet on a poetic journey where past and present intertwine, a reminder that every version of ourselves lives on in memory. Directed and choreographed by Lorena Fernández Sáez and performed by Yolanda G. Sobrado and Laura Marcos, the piece is recommended for ages 3 and up.
It takes place on Sunday 25 October, from 5.30pm to 6.15pm. The price is €6 (€5 for Club Cultura and Carnet Escolar holders), with a reduced €1 rate for children aged 0-3 not occupying a seat, subject to limited availability.
