Dana raz dance projects

📍 Jardín Botánico Atlántico de Gijón · View on map

The Atlantic Botanic Garden hosts 'Rizoma', a choreographic piece by dancer and choreographer Dana Raz created specifically for the Gijón Botanic Garden Music Festival. Dance merges with live music by Juan José Ochoa as its creative driving force, framed by Luis Antonio Suárez's stage design, Marta Pardo's costumes and Marta Pérez's production, with a cast featuring Yaddiel and Yariel Espinosa Carvajal, Ana Lola Cosín Torada, María Fagúndez Baides and Alba Medina. We invite you to discover this contemporary dance piece in a unique setting, part of the ongoing collaboration between the Botanic Garden and the Gijón International Piano Festival, with a 300-seat capacity included in the garden's admission ticket.
