Cuentacuentos africanos en la Biblioteca del Polígono
📍 Biblioteca del Polígono, Gijón
Gijón/Xixón's public library network hosts a season of intercultural storytelling sessions in October, dedicated to African tales and organised by LATE Asturias with support from Gijón City Council and the Asturian Development Cooperation Agency. One of the four sessions, on 6 October, takes place at the Polígono library.
Over the course of an hour, African stories are combined with a short workshop to share, learn and reflect on the world's diversity, interculturality and the values of international cooperation, in an activity designed for children aged 4 to 8.
The session is free, but requires prior booking through the Gijón App.
