¿Cómo tratar con personas complicadas?

Oviedo welcomes another stop on the IE Executive Tour, the series of sessions IE University runs across Spanish cities as part of its Advanced Management programmes. This time, the session "How to deal with difficult people?" offers a working breakfast with Professor Javier Bernad, a specialist in HR and Organisational Behaviour.
In an increasingly demanding professional environment, knowing how to manage difficult colleagues or bosses has become a key skill for staying effective and communicating clearly. Bernad will share practical strategies for spotting and handling the conflictive profiles common to any organisation, from the bully and the sniper to the person who always says "yes" without ever really committing.
The speaker, who holds a PhD in Communication and founded Speak & Span, has trained more than 9,000 professionals and regularly works with companies such as Airbus, Coca-Cola and KPMG. The session is free, but requires prior registration due to limited places.
