Concentración de Vespas y Lambrettas de Llanes

For three days Llanes fills up with Vespas and Lambrettas arriving from all over Europe. Club Vespa Llanes runs this international meet-up, a mix of classic scooters, rides along the eastern Asturian coast and a festive atmosphere in town that works just as well for riders as for anyone watching from the pavement.

Friday opens at 6 pm at the bridge kiosk with accreditations, followed by a Nana Rock concert on plaza Parres Sobrino and a children's race on calle Marqués de Canillejas. On Saturday the first ride leaves at 10.30 am, 73 km with a stop in Benia de Onís, before lunch and the prize ceremony in Posada de Llanes.

Sunday brings the beach route: 42.3 km with photo stops in Toró and Niembro and a snack at La Central in Nueva, followed by the farewell lunch. Riding along means registering with the club ([email protected]); watching the scooters go by is free.
