The Asociación Ictus Asturias runs a theatre workshop at the Centro Municipal Integrado L'Arena, led by psychologists and aimed at helping participants express emotions, improve communication, build confidence and self-esteem, and release tension through stage play.
It runs across three sessions, on 7, 14 and 21 September at 5pm, with the collaboration of Gijón City Council. It's free, but registration is required in advance by phone on 623 041 219 or by email at [email protected].
