The OMII runs a workshop at the Biblioteca El Natahoyo on how to use Mercurio, the platform run by Spain's Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration for handling immigration procedures online, without needing to visit an office in person.
Led by ACCEM, it covers who can access the platform, the requirements, how to submit new applications or renewals, and how to add documentation to open case files. It's aimed at immigrants living in Gijón, is free, and requires registration in advance.
