Centro de Cultura Antiguo Instituto hosts "Si yo fuera Federico", by the company Factoría Norte, part of the cycle "Teatro para un aniversario: Federico García Lorca. 1936-2026". The piece starts from a blank canvas to pay tribute to the poet's voice and to that of a travelling barn-and-van company, in a dialogue between him and us about freedom, creation, diversity and memory. Written and directed by Borja Roces, performed by Paula Mata, Chus Serrano and Hugo Manso, with original music by Carla Armas. Free admission until full capacity, recommended from age 14; a free pass must be booked in advance at entradascultura.gijon.es.
