Sanguijuelas del Guadiana take the Plaza Mayor stage as part of Gijón's Semana Grande 2026, with a live show that mixes the rural and the contemporary — wood and electronics, roots and autotune, all wrapped in rock and roll. The trio, made up of Carlos, Juan and Víctor, sing about village life in the Extremaduran region of La Siberia through autobiographical songs that touch on depopulation, tradition and modernity. A project that has struck a chord with young people from rural areas across Spain. Free concert, at 9pm.
