San miguel en sardalla
📍 Ribadesella · View on map
Sardalla, a rural parish of Ribadesella, holds its annual festival in honour of Saint Michael following the classic format of eastern Asturias's rural festivals: a solemn mass at 12:30 with bagpipe and drum, followed by a vermouth session, the traditional "ramu" auction and spit-roast lamb servings. The day usually rounds off with a musical bingo in the afternoon, free bouncy castles for children, and a big evening dance to close the celebration.
