Ricardo Lezón, singer, lyricist and composer known as the voice of the band McEnroe, comes to Teatro Jovellanos as part of the Encaja2 series to present his first solo album, 'Esperanza'. After six albums with his Getxo-based band, an LP with Viento Smith and another shared with The New Raemon, plus two published poetry books and a Spanish MIN Award for best pop album, Lezón steps out as a solo artist with nine songs recorded at La Mina studios in Seville and produced by Raúl Pérez. You can expect a deeply personal set, with contributions from people close to him, including his own daughter, in a show made for fans of singer-songwriter music with indie roots.
