Mano biónica: ciencia, cartón y movimiento

As part of the European Week for Waste Reduction, Laboral hosts a workshop blending sustainability, creativity and STEAM learning: building a working robotic hand out of reused materials. Participants learn about hand physiology, tendons and joints, and apply that knowledge to build an articulated mechanism that mimics hand movements, pulling strings to make the hand grab objects.

The workshop is led by Cometa Verde, a company founded in 2007 specialising in educational activities for children and families, grounded in children's rights and in delivering satisfying experiences through play and hands-on learning.

The meeting point is the Laboral reception, and the activity lasts one hour.
