Los últimos días de isabel (festival de teatro amateur memorial josé antonio lobato)

The "Ciudad de Oviedo" National Amateur Theatre Festival, Memorial José Antonio Lobato, is holding its sixteenth edition with performances by non-professional companies from across Spain. Organised by the Municipal Culture Foundation together with Asturias' Theatre Associations Federation, the festival celebrates people who do theatre purely out of passion, not as their profession.

This performance is staged by the Vaya Cirio company from Manzanares, with "Los últimos días de Isabel": a journey back to 1504 to discover a different Isabel the Catholic — more human and reflective, aware in her final hours of the legacy she leaves behind.
