The players arrive with a heap of stories, sayings and songs taken from the village and given back as theatre. "La Tía Miseria" takes us on a circular journey between past and future, between childhood, old age, death and power, in a most tasty mix.
According to tradition, it was Tía Miseria who caused the greatest crisis in all humanity. Music, songs, dance, folk wisdom, social critique, traditional instruments, humour and oral tradition in a play for all audiences, directed by Miguel Cubero from a text by Carlos Alba "Cellero". It takes place on 27 October at 19:30 at the Antiguo Instituto.
